TEACHING AND LEARNING EVALUATION (TLE)

Teaching and learning evaluation (TLE) activities are carried out twice each semester, at the mid term and at the end of the semester. The mid term evaluation is conducted by evaluating parameters such as the punctuality of lectures, time management, lecturer mastery of material, adequacy of discussion time, the difficulty level of assignments and exams, and obstacles to online learning. The results of this first mid term evaluation will be used to improve lectures in the final mid term. At the end of the semester, students also conduct a learning evaluation through TLE (lecturer evaluation by students). The TLE evaluation scores will be used for a comprehensive evaluation of the lecture process (usually discussed at a departmental meeting) and used to improve lectures in the following year.
