Susana Endah Ratnawati started doctoral study in December 2019 at Laboratory of Food Microbiology and Food Safety; Department of Food Technology, Safety and Health; Faculty of Bioscience Engineering in Ghent University.
Her study field is Food Microbiology with the research topic “Defining Novel Packaging Concepts for Bivalves”. According to research collaboration, she gives laboratory tutorial to both master student and bachelor student internship. In academic activities, she is actively involved in Food Microbiology and Analysis practical assistance, examination supervising, and several Doctoral Training Programs. To keep in touch with Indonesian society, she also joins with Perhimpunan Pelajar Indonesia (PPI) Ghent, Belgia and Keluarga Pengajian Muslim Indonesia (KPMI) Belgia to do some activities related to academic, culture, sport and religion.
